Account & Data Deletion (EN)

This page explains how to delete your Aetosight Health account (package:
com.aetosight.health) and associated cloud data.
1) Delete your account in the app (recommended)
- Open Aetosight Health.
- Go to Profile (个人 / 我的).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “删除账号” (Delete account).
- Type
删除 to confirm, then tap “永久删除”.
The app will delete your account via our backend and sign you out.
2) If you cannot access the app
Email us at aetosight@hotmail.com with:
- Subject:
Account deletion request
- Your sign-in email (or the provider you used, e.g. Google/Apple)
3) What will be deleted
- Your authentication account (Supabase user).
- Cloud data linked to your account, such as scan history and analysis records.
- Operational records linked to your account (e.g. support feedback, telemetry, and API usage logs).
4) What may be retained

Limited records required for security, fraud/abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
For example, we may keep a non-reversible hashed quota usage record used to prevent quota reset abuse.

Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days before being overwritten.
